Reinholt Puts Back To Auckland
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 14. Unsatisfactory engine steering has forced the 499-ton Norwegian cargo vessel Reinholt to put into Auckland for the second time this week. Steering trouble developed in the vessel when she was near North Cape last Tuesday night. She was on her way from New Plymouth to Nauru and she berthed at Auckland on Wednesday afternoon. She sailed again at 3 p.m. yesterday, the Reinholt’s master (Captain H. P. Lie) radioed at 11 p.m. that he was returning to Auckland and the vessel arrived in the harbour at 10 a.m. ! today.
