Remanded.— Making his second appearance in the Auckland Magistrate’s Court yesterday charged with the attempted murder of Kenneth Lloyd Lovell on June 20. Walter John Morgan, aged 19. a workman, was remanded until next Monday. Mr J. W. Overton, the police prosecutor, told Mr H. Jenner Wily. S.M., that he understood the preliminary hearing would proceed then.—(PA.)
