Godfrey Bowen In Britain
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, July 6. Suffolk sheep have been specially provided at Norwich for demonstrations by the New Zealand champion shearer, Godfrey Bowen.
Onlookers have been surprised by the docility of the sheep in his hands, says the “Yorkshire Post.” There have been suggestions that they must have been drugged, but they are all in normal condition and their good behaviour is due entirely to skilful handling and technique.
