Appeal for British Church.—An appeal for £3500 for further repairs to the war-damaged buildings of their East End, London church, is being made by the Stratford Parish Church. Members of the Church of England congregation have raised £4OOO in addition to a grant from the War Damage Commission. Contributions should be sent to Mr R. V. Hill, 23 High View road, South Woodford, E.lB, England.
