Coles Capital Increased
(N.Z. Press Association Copyright) MELBOURNE. May 1. Shareholders of G. J. Coles have approved an increase in the comnanv’s nominal canital from £lO million to £25 million. This enables the directors to proceed with .a new three-for 10 bonus share issue and later the proposed three-for-10 share issue at par. Shareholders registered yesterday will receive the bonus issue. The new issues will lift naid capital to about £11.726.000 easily the biggest of any Australian retail group. Henry Jones Co-op.—An interim dividend of 6d a share unit is payable on June 3—ex May 17.-/P.A.) Swan Breweries.—Final dividend’s are 3 per cent, preference and 3d a share ordinary. Shares are exdividend on May 10.—(P.A.)
