(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) ELLWOOD CITY (Pennsylvania), April 11. A railway tanker parked at a chemical factory at Frisco sprang a leak early today, sending green clouds of deadly chlorine gas billowing over a mile-square area. Thirty-nine persons were treated for gas poisoning at Ellwood City Hospital. A score of other residents went to doctors’ offices. More than 1000 persons were evacuated from their houses until the choking fumes dispersed.
