DELEGATE TO I.L.O. CONFERENCE

Mr Neary Leaves For

Geneva

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 10. Bound first for the 1.L.0. conference in Geneva, Mr A. J. Neary, secretary of the North Island Electrical Workers’ Union, left Wellington today for London. After the Geneva conference, which he will attend as workers’ adviser of the New Zealand delegation, he hopes to study the effect of automation on European industrial workers.

Mr Neary, who is accompanied by his wife and family, also hopes to visit his parents in County Mayo, Ireland.
