Wasps’ Nests Destroyed.—Six wasps’ nests in Lyttelton and two in Diamond Harbour were destroyed recently by the borough gardener (Mr A. Cable), according to a report presented at a meeting of the Lyttelton Borough Council. Several more nests at Diamond Harbour were destroyed by the works department and by residents, said the report.
