The duties will consist of the application of modern work-study techniques to all mill processes for the purpose of establishing operating standards for planning and incentives. The successful applicant will work under the direction of consultants in the first instance, and the necessary training will be provided for an officer who lacks experience in production engineering and work study methods, but is otherwise suitably qualified. Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications:—Age, 33-40 years; education, to degree standard, engineering apprenticeship or training; previous experience in work study or production management.
