Death After Operation.— A child collapsed and died after an operation in Calvary Hospital about 1 p.m. yesterday. She was Elizabeth Ann Aiken, aged three, daughter of Mr and Mrs R. R. K. Aiken, of 16 Lowe street, Addington. An inquest will be opened before the Cororicr (Mr E. B. E. Taylor) this morning.
