Romulus Walter Lilley, aged 51, a labourer, was charged with a breach of his prohibition order, and with using indecent language in Pinewood avenue, North New Brighton, on March 8 when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday before Messrs A. H. Dale and W. B. Gray, Justices of the Peace. He was remanded to appear this morning, bail being allowed at £25, with one surety of £25.
