FRIGATE ARRIVES AT AUCKLAND

(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 8. The British frigate St. Bride’s Bay, which will be attached to the Royal New Zealand Navy for about three months, arrived at Auckland tonight from Townsville. During her service in New Zealand the frigate will be used mainly to provide sea training for naval trainees. The St. Bride’s Bay is part of the 3rd Frigate Squadron of the British Far East Fleet.
