Retailers Elect Officers

(New Zealand Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 8. Mr R. S. Milne (Auckland) was elected president of the New Zealand Retailers’ Federation at its annual conference at New Plymouth. Other officers elected were: vicepresidents, Messrs S. L. Moses (Wellington) and A. F. Thomas (Nelson): advisory board, Messrs J. F. Living, A. L. George,' W. A. Mann. S. L. Moses. D. A. Smith and J. W. Yates (all of Wellington); chairmen of trade group national executives, Mr H. M. Minson (Christchurch), crockery and household hardware; Mr J. R. Milne (Auckland), drapery and fashion: Mr W. A. Downing (Christchurch), footwear; Mr A. Fow (Hamilton), furniture and furnishings; Mr R. C. Tizard Dunedin), home appliances and radio: Mr C. C. Smith (Christchurch), men’s and boys’ wear; finance committee, Messrs C. H. Roach (Hastings) and D. A. Smith (Wellington); price committee, Messrs J. Stenoorg (Auckland), R. D. Jones (Hastings,) J.
