REPRESENTATIVES ON MILK BOARD

Nor election will be needed for combined district representation on the Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Board. Two nominations had been received when nominations closed at midday yesterday for the two vacant seats. They were those of Mr G. A. Franks and Mr E. R. Stead. Mr Franks was nominated by the Riccarton Borough Council and Mr Stead by the Waimairi County Council. The first meeting of the new board will be held during April.
