Southland Stables’ Good Chances “The Press” Special Service INVERCARGILL, March 1 Southland stables are expected to do well at the opening of the Cromwell Jockev Club’s annual meeting today. Tut Tut, Dunblane, Callevo, Montrose, and the pacers, Husky and Indian Derby, are Southland horses with good records. The double will be on the Cromwell Champion Hack Handicap and the Members’ Handicap, for which Dunblane and King Cassock are the early favourites. The track will be hard and fast. Highlea and Armadale Boy have been withdrawn from the Members Handicap, and Pitlochry has neen scratched in the Champion Hac*< Handicap. King Cassock will be missing from the Goldfields Hignweight.
