Decrees Nisi Granted
A decree nisi was granted, on the grounds stated, to the petitioner in each of the following undefended petitions for divorce heard before Mr Justice Adams in the Supreme Court yesterday: Adultery. Mavis Elizabeth Richards (Mr B. G. Dingwall) v. Maurice Clifford Richards (Mr D. I. N. Mac Lean).
Separation. Sidney Thomas Besley (Mr W. F. Tracy) v. Joan Gwendoline Besley; Sadie Lilian Coopersmith (Mr P. H. T. Alpers) v. Henry Coopersmith. Desertion. —Rosina Alva Warman (Dr. A. L. Haslam) v. John Alfred Leslie Warman. Living apart seven years.—Rebecca Menzies (Dr. A.) L. Haslam) v. Lauritz Thomas Menzies.
