NEW BRIGHTON CLUB The New Brighton Surf Life-Sav-ing Club held its weekly surf race of the series for the McKenzie Cup on Sunday. The surf was choppy and there was a strong drift to the south. Results were:— Senior. —G. Ritchie (lOsec behind) 1, R. Henry (60sec) 2, R. Flaus (20 sec) 3. Junior.—G. Charman (30sec behind) 1, G. Beer (15sec) 2, B. McGee (30sec) 3.
