ROYAL VISIT TO FRANCE
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright ) PARIS, January 20. Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh will see more of France than just the French capital during their four-day State visit in April, according to programme details published in Paris today. They will visit a number of chateaux in the Paris region, fly to the textile industry area in the north of France, and visit a British sports club outside Paris. Some designers believe that homes of the future may be made mainly of air and plastic. They talk of walls, ceilings, roofs and floors to be made of foam plastic, full of little air bubbles which give good insulation at low heating cost. Inside this air-bubble house will be furniture consisting of bare frames upholstered with soft, fluffy plastic material which you spray on yourself. Different plastics could be made as fluffy as cotton material, or as rigid as wood and woodlike in appearance, they say.
