Government Examinations for Shorthand typists.—Special (July): Betty-A. Teague (first for South Island), also shorthand speed certificate. 160 words a minute. Senior (June): Heather A. W. Champion (first for South Island). Junior (June): Marjory E. Trotter (first for South Island); (November) Hilary M. Burn (first for South Island). Avril P. Angas (second for South Island).
