Double Surf Ski
Since the return of the New Zealand surf team from its Australian tour, many types of life saving equipment and methods across the Tasman have come under consideration. As a result, one piece of equipment used in Australia, the double surf-ski. may now be adopted in this country. s A double ski scats two persons, and is more than 20 feet long—about 8 feet longer than the usual single ski. The chief advantage of the double ski is that rescues from a long way out can be made more speedily with the aid of two suri men paddling.
