INDECENT ASSAULT
£5O FINE AND TWO YEARS’ PROBATION

TIMARU. January 18. Keith Ernest Wilson, aged 29, a horse trainer, of Washdyke, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court, Timaru, today to a charge of indecent assault. A charge that, on December 28, he assaulted a 19-year-old girl with intent to commit rape was withdrawn. Mr O. G. Steven appeared for Wilson.
The Magistrate, Mr E. A. Lee, S.M., imposed a fine of £5O. Wilson was released on two years’ probation on the condition that he take out a prohibition order for the term of his probaiton.
