LYTTELTON PORT DEVELOPMENT—This photograph, taken from Windy Rock looking towards Battery Point and the Heads, shows the new road which is being formed to transport thousands of tons of rock from a quarry, east of Sticking Point, to form a new breakwater for Lyttelton Harbour. The breakwater will extend for 1400 feet from the western end of the new access road at Sticking Point.
