BUILDING IN BLENHEIM ROAD.—This is an artist’s view of the new warehouse and office block being built by the International Harvester Company of New Zealand, Ltd., at the corner of Curletts road and Blenheim road. The warehouse section, with 75,000 square feet, is almost completed. A contract will be let soon for the office section, with 11,000 square feet. The cost of land and buildings is almost £250,000.
