THE ROYAL CHURCH AT SANDRINGHAM.—The parish church of St. Mary Magdalene at Sandringham, Norfolk, where the Queen and members of the Royal Family worshipped on Christmas Day. In a broadcast from the Royal yacht Britannia, the Duke of Edinburgh referred to his pleasure at hearing the bells of Sandringham Church in the British Broadcasting Corporation’s round-the-Commonwealth feature, “Voices Out of the Air.” The bells were heard before and after the Duke’s broadcast.
