MAGISTRATE’S COURT

MONDAY (Before Mr C. W. Oliver, J.P., and Mr R. Lulham, J.P.) REMANDED

Noel Michael McEnteer, aged 37, a storeman (Mr R. Twyneham), was remanded by consent to January 10 on a charge that on December 22 while under the influence of drink he drove a motor-car in Worcester street. He was allowed bail of £25 and one surety of £25.

Leo Brendon Collins, aged 52, a cook, was remanded to December 31 on a charge that on December 24 he was deemed to be idle and disorderly in that he had insufficient lawful means of support.
