Wine drinxing at 13,000,000 gallons is 2,000,000 gallons lower than in 1938. but is increasing rapidly. Nearly double the quantity of soft drinks are being sold today—26o.ooo.ooo gallons, compared with 130,000.000 gallons before the war.—London, December 21.
