The Nurses’ and Midwives’ Board announces that the following candidates passed the post-certificate examination in theatre nursing held last month:— Burwood Hospital. Christchurch.— Coleman, Alexis Ross; Hoyle. Marjory Gaenor; Inch, Lesley Helen; Radburnd, Andrey Judith. Queen Mary Hospital, Hanmer Springs.—Dea voll, Una Nellie; Griffiths. Kathleen (Hons.); Hamilton, Dons (Hons.); Kramers, Yvonne Olympe Marie; McDonald. Ruby Jane; Waters. Maver Margaret Clare (Hons.). Passes and partial passes in the State examination for male nurses include:— Burwood Hospital. Christchurch.— Pass: Samson, Arthur Edward. Royal New Zealand Air Force Hospitals.—Pass: Cadwallender, William. New Zealand Military Hospitals.— Pass: McDavitt, Peter Joseph Fred. The following passes and partial passes in the State examination for nursing aids are announced (H.C. denoting honours in cooking and nutrition):— Burwood Hospital.—Masses: Efford, Thelsia Aldridge; Green, Noeline Heather; Stapp, Margaret Mary; Watkins, Ravida Mary (H.C.). Waimate Hospital.—Passes: Agnew, Maureen Patricia; Farquharson, Bernice Marie; Hutcheson, Winifred; McKee, Olive Louise (H.C.). Partial passes: Fraser, Alison Mary; Riddle, Helen Elizabeth.
