TOUR OF NEW ROOMS PLANNED The Association of Friends of the Canterbury Museum was last evening promised a preview of the extensions and alterations to the Canterbury Museum. Mr G. C. C. Sandston, the president said the director (Dr. Roger Duff) showed the committee over the building recently, and he hoped a tour would be arranged for members in mid-Fcbruary next year. Officers were elected as follows: Patron. Mr James Deans; president. Mr Sandston; secretary. Mr E. J. Beardsley: treasurer. Dr. G. Battersby; auditor. Mr A. A. H. Martin; committee. Mrs H. S. Barker. Mr H. W. Beaumont. Miss Phyllis Boyle. Mr S. R Dacre, Mr J. L. Hay. Mr H. G. Helmore. Dr. P. B. Mating. Miss Rose Reynolds, Lieutenant-Colonel J. A Worsnop and Dr. Roger Duff (ex officio).
