mew ureuge r in diuu The big suction dredge, Rupel. being towed by a tug from Antwerp to Bluff by a Dutch towing firm for the French contractors fnr the Bluff Harbour scheme, is reported as making good progress in fine weather near Ceylon. While the tug refuels at various ports, the big dredge is anchored outside. Leaving Antwerp on September 15. the dredge passed through the Suez Canal without incident.
