LANCASTER PARK DEVELOPMENT.—This drawing of Lancaster Park shows the development planned by the Victory Park Board. The above lay-out of the park has been approved by the board as the basis for long-term development. Major improvements for the future include the replacement of the present Nos. 1 and 2 stands by one big stand, No. 3 by a two-tiered stand, and the roofiing of No. 5 stand.
