Award For Industrial Design
The silver medal of the New Zealand Institute of Architects, which in the past has been awarded for research work will in the future also be awarded for outstanding work in industrial design. The president of the institute (Mr N. Y. A. Wales, of Dunedin) said in Auckland yesterday. The institute already awards a gold medal for design of a Civic nature of outstanding merit and a bronze medal for house design.—(PA)
