ACCUSED TO BE TRIED A FOURTH TIME
AUCKLAND HEARING OF RAPE CHARGE (New Zea Lana Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 21. After a retirement of four and a half hours, a jury in the Supreme Court in Auckland today, for the third time, failed to reach a verdict in the case in which David George Keenan aged 20. a labourer, appeared on a charge of rape. Mr Justice North remanded the accused to stand a retrial at a time to be arranged. It was alleged that Keenan raped a 35-year-old woman on the night of January 13
