WANDERING STOCK

Sir,—l have been an admiring visitor to Banks. Peninsula for many years. Pleasure and safety are somewhat marred by wandering stock between French Farm and Wainui. As a motorist, I have twice avoided serious accidents caused by these wandering pests. Is there no ranger or person responsible to control these menaces to motorists and traffic —Yours, etc., PUBLIC SAFETY. July 13, 1956.
