JERSEY'BULL FLOWN TO CHRISTCHURCH
A valuable pedigree Jersey bull from a leading North Island stud arrived, at Harewood airport yesterVj. The bull was a yearling from the noted Jersey Glen stud at Pahiatua. and was purchased by Mr R. H. Hill, of Christchurch, for his Becmead Jersey stud. Mr Hill’s purchase is by the successful merit sire. Valley Baltic Storm, and is from Jersey Glen Devotion H.C.. a high-producing enw The Jersey Glen herd is one of New Zealand’s highest producing dairy units, and has the iemarkable record oi having aver aged more than 4501 b fat for the last four seasons, with nearly 100 cows milked each season.
