DOLEFUL AIR TRAVELLER.—Orphaned Sammy, a. young Tasmanian fur sea-lion, with air hostesses at the Sydney airport after making a flight from Kempsey (New South Wales). He is now in Sydney’s Taronga Park zoo. Sammy was found on a beach near Kempsey after sharks had killed his mother during the annual sea-lion migration from Tasmania to the Australian mainland.
