dation that the certificate CRTpetency of the driver of a Wellington Citv Corporation tram be cancelled is contained in the report of the commission of inquiry into an accident on September 22 last year, when a passenger was killed, others injured, and damage caused to a car and private propertv after a tram travelled out of control from the Aro street terminus The commission found that the motorman. Roman Pietrzkiewicz, was negligent when he failed to apply the brakes properly.
