Road Tunnel Bill.—Mr R. A. Wit-
brock, chairman of the executive of the Road Tunnel Promotion Committee, visited Lyttelton yesterday afternoon and discussed with representatives of the Lyttelton Borough Council the provisions of the Lyttelton Road Tunnel Bill, which has been presented to Parliament.
