NO FIXTURE AT OAMARU

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. June 22. The New Zealand Rugby team to meet South A rica m the first test at Dunedin will assemble at Oamaru on Monday. July 9, but will play on pre-test fixture, as had been proposed earlier in the season.

The council of the New Zealand RugbyUnion made this decision today at the request of the New Zealand selectors. The selectors will assemble 19 players. The convener of the New Zealand Selection Committee (Mr T. C. Morrison) said that the selectors were quite adamant that they did not want a match with North Otago.
