Enforcement of Judgments.—A regulation issued in the Gazette provides that judgments of the Supreme Court of New Zealand can be enforced in Papua and New Guinea and conversely judgments of the Supreme Court in those territories can be enforced in New Zealand. This provision already applies to other Australian States and New Zealand.—(P.A.)
