RIFLE SHOOTING

CHRISTCHURCH CLUB The Christchurch Rifle Club held its annual field day and presentation of prizes at Tai Tapu. Several good scores were registered during the day. though the early shooters had to contend with misty conditions which made sighting difficult. D. F. Keir shot well at 300 yards in scoring 49 out of a possible' of 50. C. Thom 47. R. E. Taylor 47. and W. Tabley 47, were next. Seven shots were fired at 500 and 000 yards. J. Waller, G. Manson, N.
