Jack, It would give you the needed. Clue. Oh, wouldn’t you like -to plan. Jack, A' Budget for Years ahead. For each Tax-payer's life Span, Jack, And as lone again after he’s dead— If you knew how his Balance would stand. Jack. How far he would be in the Red! Oh, wouldn't it make you grin, Jack, If only you could foretell The Doubles I’m going to win. Jack, The goods I’m going to sell— You could tax me right down to the Skin, Jack, And you might take That, as well! I might be buying a Car, Jack, Or it might be Government Stock, Or a Trip abroad—there you arc. Jack! It’s no Use doing your Block. And guessing won’t get you fag. Jack, Or put you ahead of the Clock. Us Jokers aren’t letting on. Jack, Us Jokers are lying low. Summer is over and gone. Jack, And the March winds blow. It’s over to you, the Hon.
