VANDALS CAUSE DAMAGE IN TWO PREMISES
Damage, estimated at about £5O. was caused when the premises of Andersons, Ltd., engineers, at 38 Curries road, were broken into during the week-end. The premises of the Allerton Woolscouring Company, Ltd., in the same area, were also entered and about £4 worth of damage was done. It is thought that the same vandals were responsible for the damage in both premises. Articles were scattered about in both instances and in one of them door handles and elec-tric-light switches were broken off, while in the other, plates were broken.
