HONOUR FOR N.Z. DANCER

APPEARANCE IN MONACO (New Zealana Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 1. Russell Kerr, formerly of Auckland, will appear in a special ballet programme with the Festival Company during the celebrations in Monaco to mark the wedding of Prince Rainier and Grace Kelly. Kerr, whose skill and versatility have brought him fame in Britain and on the Continent, is expected to take leading roles in both new and established ballets to be presented at the Royal Palace and in the Monte Carlo Opera House. Also appearing will be Mrs Kerr—formerly June Greenfield—a member of the same company.
