FINAL DAY OF JUNIOR TOURNAMENT The most outstanding player in the Canterbury Croquet Association's annual junior tournament, which ended yesterday, was Mrs E. O. Burgess (Edgeware), who won both lives of the B grade championship singles, and so won the event. With her partner, Mrs C. J. McCree, Mrs Burgess also won the championship doubles and the handicap doubles. Results of yesterday’s matches were:—, B Grade Championship Singles.—Final: Mrs E. O. Burgess beat Mrs T. F. Smee. 26-13: Mrs T. F. Smee beat Mrs Murray Jones, 24-13. for second place.
