OTAGO PLAYER TRANSFERRED D. B. LEADBETTER TO PLAY IN CHRISTCHURCH An Otago representative Rugby threequarter, D. B. Leadbetter, has been transferred to Christchurch, and will join. the Canterbury University College team. Leadbetter, a son of the former New Zealand sprint champion, Mr Malcolm Leadbetter, has represented Otago with distinction on many occasions in the last two seasons.
