Library Reference Room.— The new eference room, recently completed at the Canterbury Public Library by the filling in of the old gallery, will be the venue of the official opening of the New Zealand Library Association annual conference on February 21 by the Mayor of Christchurch (Mr R. M. Macfarlane. M.P.). Next month this room will be available to students of New Zealand history, of official Government papers, and the newspaper
