BANKRUPT MEETS CREDITORS

£1155 DEFICIENCY A deficiency of £1155 was shown by Cyril Douglas Wilkinson, a carrier, of Hororata when he met his creditors at a meeting in Christchurch yesterday. Wilkinson was adjudged' bankrupt in the Supreme Court on February 6 this year. In his financial statement. Wilkinson showed his total indebtedness to be £1741 6s Id and his assets at £583 Creditors agreed that Wilkinsons transport licence, with two vehicle authorities and one sheep crate, which made up £550 of his assets, should be sold. They also agreed that the Official Assignee (Mr G. W. Brown) should deal with a lease of a property from which Wilkinson operated. The meeting was adjourned sine die
