OIL IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA
(Rec. 8 p.m.) ADELAIDE, Jan. 22. Pure .crude oil was found at a level of 775 feet at the Santos, Ltd., oil well at Wilkatana, 30 miles north of Port Augusta, geologists reported yesterday. The company is arranging for the immediate enlargement of its field of exploration there.
