Officers elected were:—president, Mr G S. Bright (Auckland); vice-presidents, Messrs J. A. Power (Christchurch), W Mudford (Auckland), B. Tufneil (Napier)’ H. H. Allchurch (Christchurch); secretarytreasurer, Mr J. A. Allchurch (Christchurch).
