ROLLER HOCKEY
AUCKLAND WINS IN ALL DIVISIONS (New Zealand Press Association) NELSON. January 9. Auckland scooped the pool at the New Zealand roller hockey championships completed at Nelson during the weekend, by winning all three divisions—men’s A and B grades and women’s. Several leading New Zealand speed skaters were mainly responsible for Auckland’s win in the men's A grade. Hutt Valley 1 , Canterbury 2. West Coast 1. B Grade.—Auckland 5, Otago 1; Hutt Valley 9. West Coast 2; Nelson 4, Canterbury 4; Otago 4. West Coast 5; Auckland 5, Hutt Valley 2.
